As in many phases of the processes inherent to the Flexo printing process, the choice of materials is one of the decisions that most affects the results in the production process.

Also in end seals, the choice of material and their production processes is very important.

And many times this is not taken into account…

That is why in our laboratory we check all the materials so that you meet the requirements of: Elasticity, Memory, Resistance to wear, Resistance to oils and solvents; based on their characteristics.

Furthermore, at Niltor we don’t stop at choosing a good material.

Sometimes, due to the characteristics of the processes, these materials need to provide more, which is why we can also increase performance of materials with treatments and special applications (Teflon coating, special inserts, lubrication…)
